I have lived at Foxchase for the last 2 years. Office staff has always been professional. Maintenance problems have always been taken care of - most of the times the same day. Yes, occasionally I have seen spiders, a couple of centipedes, or a few ants, but nothing serious. I have never seen mice or any type of rodent. Buildings are well kept and stunningly quiet, but to keep it real, I can hear anything my neighbor does in his bedroom which is next to mine - the walls seem to be paper thin....if he farts, I swear I can hear, if he snores, I swear I can hear, if he makes love, I swear I can hear - I can even hear him just speaking on the phone in a normal voice...NOT COOL. Parking is not an issue. I have never feared for my safety here. My car has always been fine. i am leaving Foxchase soon...it's been a great renting experience, but the rent is getting to expensive for what the rental community is actually worth. The key to living here is choosing the apartment building you will live in. Some buildings are in better locations and in better conditions with better neighbors....(look at the buildings off Duke Street further down Raleigh and Taney - nice...
