Review Title:   Don't Be Fooled By The Model!
Reviewer:   Anonymous

This place is a dump. I often smell smoke, see centipedes, need repairs, have no where to park, feel unsafe, and frustrated by the noise. The buildings are in poor repair and need to be remodeled. They are not sound. After a night of hard rain my apartment began to flood from the floor! I went to the administrative office and was completely disregarded by Zoe! Management is a joke! I spent HOURS trying to convince someone to come over and look at the problem. With a couple of inches of water on my floor the maintenence person came over and said there was nothing he could do until the rain stopped! What a joke. From approximately 10 am until 7 pm I had to constantly call people in the rental office to get someplace to stay that was dry. I ended up having to find my own hotel and initially pay for it out of pocket. I was then told that it was a simple courtesy for them to reimburse me for hotel expenses...that's a lie. They are required by law! I was then treated poorly and avoided like the plague when calling to find out the condition of the apartment and asking questions about why this happend. I understand flooding happens; but I was at the top of the hill and the apartments at the bottom of the hill didn't flood. There was no standing water outside. Why was it standing inside? Often when I request repairs I find a form in my apartment stating that they "looked" at the problem. Stop looking and fix it! Getting something fixed requires multiple calls. The best service you will receive is when you visit the leasing office. They are all very nice and helpful. After that it's all downhill. Once you've signed the lease they treat you like crap!
