Rent price is decent, but when you have to pay your own utilities the monthly price just jumps up. During the winters the apartment is colder as it is not well insulted and in the summers the apartment gets very hot. With this you have to turn up the heat and air conditioning which just drives your utilities bills up.
Washer and dryers in the building are old. The dryers don't even dry your cloths. It cost you $1.50 to run the dryers for 40 min. and it doesn't dry until you add another $1.50 into the dryers. When you tell this to the management they don't even care.
