Rented: 2002-2003

Building is brand new. Parking is in underground garage. Keycard entry into building. Additional storage available for rent. Putting green on grounds. Coffee served in lobby every morning. Close to Braddock Metro. Great place to live but cost is $1200/month for one bedroom around 750 sq ft.
