Review for Mt. Vernon Square Apartments

If you are looking for basic shelter, don't mind roaches and possums chasing you, then Mt. Vernon Square is the place for you. I have lived there almost 1 year. After my lease is up I am outtie!!!

ROACHES
When I first moved in I noticed dead roaches throughout the apartment. Being the open minded individual I am, I thought "Maybe it's becuase the just exterminated, at least they're dead." That was definitely not the case. A roach even crawled on my roomate while she was sleeping. That wa the last straw. We were relocated to a different apartment in the complex. The second apartment was alot better, but after a few weeks the roaches came back. Again being open minded I thougt "Combat will help." Needless to say, it didn't. Then I realized, when you live in an apartement
where the trash is not placed in a proper recepticle, these kinds of things happens.

TRASH
In a normal apartment comples you place you trash in a "dumpster." Not at Mt. Vernon Square. You place the trash outside, in a parking spot marked with a "T" for trash. Often times I would come home and see racoons, rats and possums going through the trash. I was even chased by a possum twice.
