Review for Mt. Vernon Square Apartments

As a resident of Mt. Vernon Square apartments, I am truly disappointed. I never seem to get the maintenance dept to come over in a timely manner and the parking is terrible. And why does it seem that the rent goes up each year and there are no updates to the apartment. Sure, they seem to be beautifying the exterior of the property, but what about the paying residents and their living conditions. Nothing has been upgraded in my apartment since I have lived here. What's the deal?
