Rented: From 2005 To 2006

My neighbor are making a loud noise so many times. So I made a noise complaint form so many times to Office Staff. But they are sitll doing some things. Not work! Why? Cuz I'm not american? Cuz I'm Asian? That really piss me off! I hate this APT and my neighbor!!!!!!! Never come back again!!!!!
