Review for Palazzo At Park Center Apartments

Don't rent here!! There are SERIOUS building flaws and dangerous living conditions that the management company will not tell you about. We had a tenants roof explode from a burst pipe (due to faulty maintenance and problematic fire systems) and almost kill her. Thankfully, she was alright but her apartment flooded completely and damaged the four apartments below hers destroying everything in the apartments. These people were given $600 and had their leases terminated. NO effort was made by Palazzo to put these people up in housing the night of the incident. Hell, the no Palazzo representative was even present during the whole incident even after the fire department showed up.

In summation, DON"T RENT/LEASE HERE!!!!
