Review for The Aspen Apartments

At first, I thought $915 per month for a 1 bedroom apartment w/a big balcony and inclusive of utilities was a great deal. Not so. As other reviewers have noted, the staff are nazis and could care less about you and your needs once you have moved in. Parking is a joke after 6 PM, and the neighborhood is pretty scary (my girlfriend was nearly attacked right outside the driveway at 7 AM on a weekday). Although the rent includes utilities, the A/C is wholly inadequate in the summertime, and my apartment could not get any cooler than 85 degrees. I became so bitter about the place that I left before my lease expired and they sued me to collect. Be afraid, be very afraid.
