Review for Willow Run Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for only 9 months. That is 9 months too many! I live on the first floor and it sounds like a herd of elephants live above me. The sound of someone peeing above me or the squeeking of a bed is NOT what i want to hear first thing in the morning... not to mention, the people above us are from another country, and they are ALWAYS blasting their cultural music. We have filed a noise complaint atleast 3 times. There are cracks in my ceiling that are gradually getting bigger from the people above us stomping around...The newly renovated rooms consist of staples sticking out of the carpet ( so dont walk around bare foot) and yet, the carpet is still not secure to the floor. When i vaccum, it always gets stuck in the vaccum cleaner. The closet doors do not llike to open or close! Water is a VERY big problem... The water in the shower goes from hot to cold, hot to cold! my bathroom plumbing is terrible.. the toilet, sink and tub drain is always stopped up! I probably keep the draino company up and running! Nothing has changed. We were here for 1 month when our kitchen sink backed up and flooded the entire kitchen.. aparently all the sinks in the same building were backed up, so it took maintnance 2 hours to get to my apartment. Parking it TERRIBLE! dont ever leave your house after 7pm because you will never find a parking space when you return! To make matters worse, there is NO visitor parking.. so they park in our spots. Aparently these people around here dont know how to park, or just dont care because it seems like they are always taking up 2 spots. this is a TERRIBLE place to live and i wouldnt recomend it to my worst enemy! Rent it outrageous, parking and noise is ridiculous! Maintnance and management are lazy! Do your research! DON'T MOVE HERE!!!
