Still Waiting For My Deposit Back

Rented: From 2006 To 2007

They are bad in giving your deposit back after you leave. I moved out on 9/15/2007 and it's been 90 days now ,and still waiting on my $1500.
I've been calling and they have been giving me the run around. I'm now taking them to small claims court.
