Review for Woodmont Park Apartments

They have a parking sticker for residents, visitors have to park on the street. Not a bad arrangement except that residents take up the street parking because it's closer to the front door of the buildings. Visitors must be gone by 9 p.m. or risk getting towed. If you're lucky enough to get street parking, then you will need to walk 1 city block to the furthest buildings, and there are 3. A woman with groceries and/or small children will have to walk and in the fall and winter, it's not safe.
Roaches are also a big, big problem...nice touch to have the trash chute on each floor, but the roaches reproduce around the trash bin in the basement and make their way upstairs in large numbers. The complex will spray if you ask them (lol).
