Management here isn't known for their professionalism or niceties. This can make those living here who are too educated to be taken advantage of extremely angry. Some roach traps will get rid of the little buggers after a while. Woodmont Park should start PROVIDING them to its residents on account of how many there are. I suggest Kay Communities demand that their employees get educated on property management, how to address resident concerns, how to ensure resident apartments are ready prior to move-in, and English, and customer service techniques; if employees refuse continuing education and workshop opportunities, THEN they should be fired.
