You name it, Woodmont Park has it. I wouldn't move here again unless someone paid me a lot more than rent is. What I enjoyed least was the roaches going through a population boom when other apartments moved in and out, rodents making their way into the apartment complex, and emergency services constantly waking me up in the night.

I would have to say the second least liked experience would have to be a mixture of the typical vehicle vandalism, lack of adequate parking (I think that is why people vandalize the cars), the heavy amount of traffic flow, and lack of adequate lighting in the night. I am a strong believer that providing lights in the night may deter night thug behavior. Some times it is just not safe, we even had plenty of vandalism done to the public properties close by (bus stops get widows broken constantly and are littlered with prostitution equipment, walking trails public lighting systems are usually taken out as soon as they are replaced and someone not only defaces the trails, but also destroys certain sections of the trails to make it difficult to walk or ride a bike on).

There are homeless people sleeping adjacent to the apartment complex, mainly around the trails. That may have an effect on how many rodents are lured into the apartment complex. I seen a bunch of wildlife scatter from the local hang out by the trail when I first stumbled upon beds and alcohol bottles while out for a healthy afternoon walk. I know that cannot be good for deterring wildlife from getting closer to the apartments. They are already moved in, but when people provide them with trash and unusual things they will come closer and eventually there will be problems.

The hired office staff are usually not adequately fufilling their duties; the main offense is their lack of cosomer friendliness. The maintenence staff will usually try to get everything done quickly which is a nice jesture, but sometimes do not do a good job and have to be asked to come back and fix the same thing again. After I asked management to fix too many things like: doors, toilet, door handles, etc. I began to see each request I made with some sort of threatening letters that were not signed by the appropriate people. By far, the maintenance staff is the most helpful out of all the staff.

The area seems like it would be a nice neighborhood to live in. I wish they would have fixed more of the problems that I had with the living conditions and lowered the rent or at least paid for the utilities like they said during the interview. The utilities not being paid for makes it expensive during the winter and summer because the cool air and heat goes out the windows and doors. My apartment can have windows pushed in if someone really wants to get in. I know no one would ever do that becuase they probably feel sorry for me having to live in these conditions until my lease is up.
