Apartment Review for Eos 21

My husband and I have lived at EOS 21 for the past 5 years and have noticed that things have gotten progressively worse while the rent has gone up. When we first moved in, all utilities were included in the rent. Last year a new management company took over and the rent increased by over 12%! We were then informed that if we were to renew this year, utilities were not going to be included and the rent would be increasing again. since the new management company has taken over, I've noticed that the things have really gone down hill. They are no longer watering the grass around the complex and the grills for the entire complex to use are in such disarray that they are dangerous to use. Lastly you have to wait in line 20 minutes at the management office because they only ever have 1 person working. I'm so disappointed in the increase in rates and the decrease in service that we are not renewing and moving to another complex in the fall...
