Review for 1020 Apartments

Unlike the above tenant, I have had a decidedly positive experience at 1020 Apartments. It's relatively inexpensive compared to other places in the neighborhood, has hardwood floors, lots of space and light, and is convenient to the Metro and to the Arlington library. Management has sometimes been slow to get on the phone, but I have never had a problem getting them to fix things in my apartment--even on the weekend, during which I once had a emergency problem. This place is an older building, and if you are spoiled and want sparkling new accoutrements, it's not for you.
