Plenty of parking which would be great if the spots were actually car sized. A tactic which probably allowed for a few extra spaces. You will barely be able to open your car door with the narrow spaces provided so be prepared for confetti like door panels from all the love taps. Also, its easy pickins for the tow company that services this bldg since the lot is right down the street (you will find out where via a less than lovely experience by you or a friend). The units aren't bad, little old but freshly painted (including most electrical outlets). Be prepared for frequent notices that the maintenance crew for one reason or another will have to enter your apartment to fix/clean/change/replace something. There are many retirees in the building so make sure if your partying, make sure its bingo, done before 7pm, and you brought enough metamucil for everyone. They do annually employ a foreign lifegaurd at the pool, but chances are she looks better from the vintage 1950's balcony only available on the corner units.
