Lived here for over a year and I don't think you'll find a better value. My apt is very large (in NYC it's probably be considered a LOFT!!) and utilites are included. It a central location to Ballston, Clarendon, Alexandria, Pentagon and Crystal Cities, and DC. Rooftop pool and internet in the lobby. Management is great as is maintanence. NEVER have I seen a single bug in the building...
