Despite the fact that the building's getting old, mgmt seems to keep it updated (free Internet in lobby with fax and scanner). Staff is friendly and any maintenance issues have been resolved same day. Utilities are incl so that makes a big difference. Off street parking. Lived here 3 yrs and don't plan on moving anytime soon...
