have lived at 2121 Columbia Pike for 2 yuears now and have truly fallen in love with it. It's definitely the best place you will find considering the price and the area as well. it is incredible!The positives outweigh the negatives!!
The Good:
Affordable living Apartment size
Maintenance - These guys are very friendly and respond very quickly.I never had to wait more than 24 hours at the most, sometimes they would arrive the same night I called them.
Parking - The parking is much better than you will find in 95% of other apartment buildings. Every registered resident gets a parking pass.
They Care! - The manager Mariarita Cedrini always cares. She is one of the reasons why I want to sign a lifetime lease. She is always there for all the tenants. She always tries to solve problems any of the tenants might face. The smile on her face is really a good start for the day!!! The front desk associates are always cheerful and always there to help.
