Convenience: you can't beat this place. It is not fancy, but very safe, and clean. And for the price? Very good deal, indeed. Buses everywhere. Less than 10 minutes from DC, less than 5 minutes from 3 different subway stops, groceries stores within walking distance, restaurants, movie theater, all kinds of stores, shopping centers minutes away..... What else do people need?
What a pity that they increase the rent every year, but still, it is one of the cheaper places around. Highly recommended.
