Pros: convenient to Metro, reasonably responsive (though I did have to wait two days for service after my dishwasher flooded my kitchen because it wasn't an "emergency"), nice lobby and common areas (though some bozos keep carving on the wood in the elevators), front desk accepts packages and you can get them 24/7, free garage parking for guests
Neutral: people keep to themselves, not "neighborly," young demographic (late 20s to mid 30s)
Cons: $60/month parking for one car, $500 nonrefundable cat fee PLUS $50/month CAT RENT, numerous issues on move in (dirty and stained carpet, burned out light bulbs, loading dock not available when promised), very noisy on 14th Street side from huge construction site across the street during the day and street noise at night, quite narrow parking spaces in garage
