Mice and Roaches everywhere due to poor landscaping. Loud and Horrible Manage thrown Pool Parties. Noise from paper thin walls and floors. Hateful "NastyGrams" if your rent is ONE Day Late. Hateful Management. The management lives here for little to nothing so do not expect them go care about you. Welfare Section 8 people running the show. The live in the depressed apartments on the hill in fron of the bus stop. Constant robberies and rapes. Run from ANY Avalon managed apartments or town houses.
