While the location is great this is quite possibly the worst experience I have ever had renting from any company. The sales managers do not care about the residents. They are rude, unprofessional, and self centered. They are not interested in retaining good tenents. If you leave they know they can rent it to someone else for more money and thats all they care about. At every renewal our rent went up at least $50-100 even as property values went down.
