Review for Ballston Place Apartments

I tell you, Archstone Smith/ Charles. E. Smith just fills up the landscape of Arlington. Along with their near monopoly are the astronomically priced rents!!! Ballston Place is nice but not worth the price you paid for. Every year they increase your rent by at least 10%. One year they inreased it by 30% but I negotiated...they had ALOT of tenants moved out at the time because they didn't want to be robbed and treated like ATM machine idiots!!! I lived her for two years and am broke as hell. I pray I will have enough money someday to buy my own place and say F to rent! :)
