Review for Barac Co Apartments

I learned my lesson the hard way, no amount of saving on rent worths living among the roaches in a dump. They are everywhere including inside the refrigerator, eventhough all my food is sealed in airtight containers, eventhoguh I don't leave food around, eventhoguh I get the exterminator to treat the place every month, eventhough I mop the floors with Borax ... Besides roach infestation, the whole building smells a disgusting stinch, I mean litteraly disgusting, eventhoguh my windows are open all day long. Now my clothes and furniture stink in addition to be carriers of roach eggs when I move out of this dump. What else? I have no heat in the middle of November, the hot water has been shut off for the weekend, practically no customer service (they don't even have an answering machine to report an emergency on the weekends), no light in the filthy stairways, window screens that don't deter wasps let alone small roaches, windows that don't shield street noise let alone the 6:30 am- 11 pm. noise of the planes taking off at National and passing right above the dump, and to close the devil loop, having to kill 4-5 roaches per day by steping on them, because if the ants could end the Buendias roaches certainly can. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this dump.
