Nice apartments with very reasonable rates. All utilities are included. The management responds very quickly to any problem or issue one might have. The only problem besides the roaches are the mice. It's just never ending. In the 2.5 years we've lived here, we've seen at least 10 of them, one just today (9/7/04). If you can stand the pest situation, then go for it as you'll save a bundle on rent (possibly for a down payment!)
