Review for Barcroft Appartments Apartments

I've lived here for 9 months now. The apts are pretty decent for the price. you pay about $800 for a 1br with all utils included and we get got a nice special deal for the first 3 months we lived here. rented here while i was short on $$, now i have a full time job so I am moving on. place is pretty safe- lots of arlington PD live around here so somone would be stupid to commit a crime here. maintainence is good, they are pretty quick to respond(same or next day) the two times we called them and they fixed the problem. The apts are a little old so some of them need maintainence. and i did not have a problem wit either mice/rodents or any other forms of wildlife. the floors are hardwood, the heater/AC unit was old and noisy, no microwave and i did not love any of that.
