The apartments aren't that bad when you first move in but go down hill fast. within the first four months the paint strarts peeling off the walls and stuff starts breaking. the maintance folks will fix it but not the right way so it ends up doing the same thing shortly. depending on what floor you live the raoches can get bad due to unclean nieghbors leaving trash by the door which is also why you should be carefull going to your car THE RACCOONS are everywhere! Also they will only give you one parking pass per name on the lease MAX 2 and visitor passes can be a pain to get due to the office hours.
