Review for Courthous Plaza Apartments

The plumbing problem at this apartment complex is atrocious. Multiple times I have come home to find a 2 inch flood in the bathroom. When I brought up the issue with the management, they smiled and said that they are aware of the problem and that many other apartment tenants have the same complaint. As they explained, the pipes are old and when there is large volume water use...there is a spurt of water that overflows pipes and results in this problem. Unfortunately, they said that there is nothing to be done. However, they did offer me a mop to clean up the mess.
