Lived in this building for three years and it's a ver convenient building. The rent is very high for the quality of the place. The staff are extremely friendly, but the management is not-responsive and not customer oriented; they rarely return phone calls/emails on timely basis. The utility fees are unpredictable. Three years ago the monthly utility bill was $30 - in the last year it has exceeded $100.
