Review for Courthouse Crossings Apartments

You can't get a place that's less than a 10 minute walk to a metro, movie theatre, shops, restaurants, and only 1/2 a mile from DC. This place is not luxurious, but it is clean, management is decent, and it is AFFORDABLE. Way more than I can say about most places in this area. If you want to live by a metro, close to DC, and don't mind walking downstairs to do your laundry (a minimal inconvenience) then this is your place. Central air is a plus, something that most of the older complexes do not have. Plus, it's in a very safe neighborhood. There's also a pool! Plus we had two spots for parking!
