Archstone-Charles E. Smith have struck a bargain where students (SIC) who have no vested interest in the place can cause disturbances at all hours of the night. Also, if the students (SIC) live above you, your cable will be tapped and neither Comcast nor Crystal Plaza will do anything about it. Additionally, if you live next to a smoker you will get second-hand smoke.
