Review for Crystal Plaza Apartments

If you enjoy cockroaches, homeless people living outside your bedroom window, used condoms being thrown on your balcony, loud parties until 2 or 3 in the morning and staff ignoring your complaints, this is the apartment for you!
George Ferguson is the "apartment manager". Get to know his name. This man came to inspect our apartment for an issue we had with our air conditioner. While in our apartment, he looked through our belongings and proceeded to write on the white board hanging on our fridge. While it is ok for these people to make sure your apartment is maintained, it is not ok to look through the tenants belongings. Be prepared, because if you have any issues, this will surely happen to you.
I have lived in apartments most of my life and have never despised where I lived more than the Crystal Plaza. The staff is rude, the rent is unbelievably steep for such a low quality building, and George Ferguson will gladly take away your feeling of privacy. I beg you, find anywhere else to stay before you decide to live here.
