Nice If You Rent The Lobby

The only nice, clean looking part is the spotless, immaculate, shiny lobby. the hallways up from there are dirty. Smells like trash the whole walk to your apt. Old appiances. quick repair service if it is something THEY want to fix.
There are many repairs mgmt are so used to hearing that I think they just "tune them out"
"Look for a place that the living area matches the nice lobby"
