I have lived at Crystal Towers for four years. I have not had the rent increases other reviewers report. I realize that they are beginning to charge for utilities, but I don't know how much that will be. I have always been pleased with response time and qualilty of repairs I have requested. My apartment is in great shape, it was recently renovated. Leasing has been great to me. They helped me find the exact same apartment 4 floors above the one I was living in for $220 less a month! They have offfered to so so again if the rent increase is too great. The hallways are something of a problem. The carpets are light and become dirty easily, but the tenants don't help. They bring in shopping carts, hit the walls, spill stuff, and walk away. Its not just a management problem. One drawback is that the turnover among the tenants is quite high. Many couldn't care less about the kind of apartment they live in. All in all, I am happy and recommend the building to others.
