The mangement is good about screwing people out of money with ever spiraling utility costs (average went from $75 to $110 in a matter of a couple months before Katrina) and parking. The parking is a joke unless you can come home before 3pm and they are eager to tow residents for any minor parking violation ($80). However, there always seems to be plenty of non-resident cars parked for days on end in the lots. Absolutely no spaces available. Units are decent with nice floors. The cleaning staff is wonderful and maintence is good. People at the front desk are nice. It is very poorly managed- they would do well to get a degree in customer service... I reccomend against renting unless you dont have a job, a car, and you hate money and plan on getting rid of it as soon as possible.
