My husband and I moved into the building in March of last year. We never really had any major problems in the beginning. The staff was never friendly and getting a service call answered was impossible, but we could deal with that. We had our first child in the Fall and while on maternity leave we got a little behind on our bills, so we paid our December rent late. This was the first time we had done this! We were evicted! We had to find a new apartment in a week with an eviction on our record. Every complex we went to said we had great credit and made enough money to get in the building, but the eviction screwed us over.
