Review for Crystal Towers Apartments

My issues with Crystal Towers started on my move-in day when the carpet was just cleaned the hour before I was to move in my stuff. If was still wet when the movers arrive, but b/c they were on a tight schedule; I had to move my furniture in onto wet carpet. There were also guys in the kitchen still painting while I moving in.

I hate to echo most of the other remarks, but they are true. Mgmt staff for the most part is unresponsive. I don't know what they do with packages delivered for the residents, but they can never seem to find them on the day they are supposed to be delivered. Most of the time I have to have the UPS/FedEx delivery confirmation info stating the date and who signed for it, before my package "magically" appears from the backroom.

The entrance by the loading dock always smells like trash. This smell also permeates the building all the way up the trashchute (and I live on the top floor).

PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE. If you are not home by 3PM you can absolutely forget trying to find a parking space in the surface lot. Sometimes I have driven in excess of 30 mins attempting to find a spot.

Finally, the rent increases are out of control. I have lived in many large cities around the country and most of the time rent increases are no more than 5 to 12 percent per year. My rent has increased more than $600 in the 2 years that I have lived here. I'm still trying to figure out where the money has gone, because I haven't seen an increase in any of the amenities or the level of service.

As I stated before, if you have any love for yourself do not rent at the Crystal Towers.
