I temped as a resident concierge at this property and it was an absolute nightmare. The building is far too large to adequately meet the needs of its residents! When I arrived to relieve the previous TEMP he said that management had left him no direction and was left to cover the entire 7am to 3pm shift alone, when there are usually 2 full time employees!
I had NO help...the maintence person that was on call was at an amusement park, and the building manager was no where to be found. While there I received countless complaints about major AC leaks and plumbing problems... AND PARKING! Packages were not placed in the designated spot and some not logged at all.
This place is a mess... Please don't take your frustrations out on the TEMP, we are mostly students just trying to make a little extra cash.
