So the parking is a joke, you never get packages on time, the concierge desk always requires like a 15 minute wait. College students that live in the building can be loud. Kids that live in the building (elementary school age) are frequently running around unsupervised. But the gym is great and the convenience store is pretty cool. You're right across from the metro and have great open kitchens
