Rented: From 2005 To 2008

Summer 2008, the noise level in the apts is so much lower with the new thermal windows/ the new AC units quiet and cool. Construction is now ending on the cement slab work. The current staff is very helpful and pleasant. Repairs are promptly done. we are starting on our 4th year at C.Towers.
