Very nice complex in general with these exceptions

Maintenance: not always up to speed on unit issues;

Front Desk Manager: has her moments, but can be helpful/professional when she's in the mood.

Biggest Problem: PEST CONTROL - the mice and roach issue really needs SERIOUS addressing.
