Lived in an efficiency for 2.5 years while in college. Efficiency apartments are very spacious with a nice walk-in closet and another big closet so there is lots of storage space. Kitchens are nice with full size gas stove. All utilities were included. When I left the apartments were under construction/ renovation so there were a lot of people coming in and out and work being done on the apartments. Advance notice was always given, but it was still inconvenient at times. Plenty of parking, just not always real close. Convenient access to D.C. I would either ride my bike into the city, drive, or catch the bus to the Pentagon to pick up Metro. Great place to live while getting started.
