I've been here for 3 years and I like the apartment, love my view. But the management company has done nothing to make life easier for tenants during renovations. Onsite management and repair/custodial staff are great! But the it's the management company who mess it all up. The women who oversees the apartment is the most incompetent person I have ever met. Contractors show up late, if ever. I still have one repair that is one month overdue. The building is a mess. Their own lack of oversight on the project has lead to the pool not being opened until July. Now there's parking lot construction and we already had plenty of parking. Now we have mud piles and heavy equipment. If you want to live here, wait a while.
