First of all, the staff is horrendous. I've witnessed on several occassions them badmouthing tenants who live there not realizing other tenants are present. The staff is completely unorganized as far as giving accurate costs, deposit information, etc. when I moved in. The hallways/elevators are absolutely repulsive and the elevators never work. My apartment was nice until after living there for a few months and mold and water has damaged my back wall. Parking is completely retarded and good luck getting a visitor pass if you're having company and good luck finding parking. I am counting the months until I can get out of this hell hole!
