I've lived here for a little over a year and I've only stayed because they give military discount and I'm only going to be here for less than a year more, so it;d be stupid to move. Lets see what to complain about first. Staff. I love the maintenance guys, but the girls that work in the office are quite rude (dont let them fool you when you go to visit.) Noise. They are constantly renovating rooms and they start as early as 8 AM, so forget sleeping in. Water shut-offs....toooo much. At LEAST 3 times a month and sometimes you get barely a warning. And what everyone else ic complaning about...the smell. Yes, it smells in the hallways and elevators, and its also hard to get an elevator a lot because people are holding them all the time. Yes the bedrooms and living rooms are spacious, but the quality of the rooms are quite disappointing.
I recommend Dominion Plaza across the street...or anywhere else other than this place. I'll be glad to leave.
