Review for Dorchester Towers Apartments

I have been here for a while now. In the past year my rent has gone up almost 17%. During that time I have had a problem with mice, ants, noise from upstairs and side neighbors, more than 2 people living in 1 Bdrm apartments and maintenance requests have been ignored. I have reported brown/black mold on my a/c units and was told I have to clean that off. That is fine for the outside of the unit - but I have no access to the inside. Brown mold is something to pay attention to! The laundry rooms have started having more and more problems and EVERYTHING seems as though it is not being maintained with the same standards as it was two years ago. Recently I opened a dryer to put in my clothes and was overcome by a funny smell. I cleaned out the lint trap and found cat feces in it.

Two years ago I would have definitely recommended this complex to anyone looking for a relatively decent apartment. Today I would not.
