Review for Fillmore Garden Apartments

I've been here two years now. For the first year we lived in a 1-BR apt, then moved to a 2-BR apt. The price isn't bad for the space, and the mgmnt is pretty good. Anytime I've needed maintance they responded well. The only thing is the sound barrier isn't the best. I can hear neigbors in heated conversation and showers going, other than that not too bad.
