The apartments are on target for the money you pay here. They are really cute because they were built in the 1920s or so, so they offer a lot of charm. But the management staff don't have that same charm. The maintenance/lawn crew are great and friendly. But the paint is fifteen thousand layers thick in the apartments, the radiators are old, the paint peels in the bathroom, and I hear it is futile to complain. I like the place well enough, and the area is great, so I just keep to myself and overlook the problems. You have to be willing to take the good with the bad here...
